Lake Nakuru National Park, a flamingo paradise

We changed our destination, from planned Lake Magadi to this national park because we wanted to see more animals, since we failed to see a lion in Amboseli National Park. Though we failed also here to find a lion, this national park was so beautiful, with thousands of flamingo and a lot of rhino. We did not join a tour, but chartered a car with the driver.

Gorilla Encounter at Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda

Unforgettable encounter with a gorilla family, named Hirwa (meaning Lucky) Family at Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. The member of Hirwa Family is one Silver Back (alpha male), 6 females, and 6 babies. We were watching at about 2 meter distance from them, and they ignored us. The adults were taking siesta (a nap), or daydreaming (seems they had something in their minds), while the babies were playing jumping around and around.
